Snapshot
ProCyte Corporation, located in Redmond, Washington, is a publicly held company that is committed to bring innovation and experience to the development of products that promote healthy skin, tissue repair and help for thinning hair. ProCyte’s patented GHK and AHK Copper Peptides mimic the body’s own natural amino acid carrier which allows the copper to be effectively delivered in a way that the body readily accepts and uses it.
Founded in 1986, ProCyte Corporation initially focused on the research and development of copper peptides specifically for wound healing. The early success lead management to expand in 1998 to skincare and anti-aging applications. ProCyte and others have conducted and published numerous studies documenting the benefits of GHK-Cu and AHK:Cu in a wide range of uses. The Company currently holds over 100 issued patents and patent registrations worldwide on its proprietary copper-based technology.
Mission: Develop and market our patented GHK and AHK copper peptide to become the next breakthrough technology in the Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and consumer skin care and hair care markets.
Strategic Focus: The Company’s strategic focus is to create strong revenue increases while attaining sustainable profit growth. It will execute license agreements for the consumer and physician markets. We will obtain a listing of the company stock on the AMEX/NASDAQ.
The Company’s primary lines include a comprehensive therapeutic skin care line for physicians including Complex Cu3® products for post-laser treatment and Neova® Therapy products for anti-aging applications. ProCyte also develops and markets hair care products for thinning hair. The Company’s products are marketed both through its own sales force to dermatologists and plastic surgeons and through license agreements with strategic partners for the consumer market.
ProCyte’s strategy has been to demonstrate the benefits of its products to dermatologists and plastic surgeons before rolling them into the consumer marketplace. The success of this strategy is demonstrated by the long-term, worldwide licensing agreements with Neutrogena Corporation, a division of Johnson & Johnson, for the mass retail market, American Crew for haircare and Creative Nail Design for skincare in the salon and spa markets.
The Company is continuing to seek strategic partners to expand its penetration in the consumer market.
