PROCYTE CORPORATION INTRODUCES NEOVA® THERAPY DUAL ACTION
LOTION
GHK Copper Peptide Complex® + Retinol
Redmond, Wash.—March 9, 2004—ProCyte Corporation (OTCBB: PRCY.OB),
announces the introduction of Neova® Therapy Dual Action
Lotion which uses advanced nanoencapsulation technology to stabilize the
combination of two anti-aging powerhouses, GHK Copper Peptide Complex®
micronutrition and Retinol, into an intensive lightweight lotion.
Copper is an essential component for collagen and elastin production,
while providing a potent antioxidant defense against free radicals.
Clinical studies have demonstrated the many benefits of GHK:Cu including
decreased fine lines and wrinkles, decreased skin blotchiness and an
increase in skin firmness and tone – all without irritation! Retinol is
a well known and extensively studied skincare ingredient.
Looking good is a concern for all, especially aging baby-boomers. The aging
process and photodamage cause the skin to thin and lines and wrinkles
begin to develop. The body becomes slower to produce collagen, elastin
and glycosaminoglycans. Age spots appear and skin becomes dull and
lifeless as cell renewal slows and the skin’s ability to retain moisture
is diminished.
Scientific Studies have shown that:
·
Copper plays an essential role in skin health by helping restore the skin’s ability to recover
from damage.
·
Copper is a powerful
collagen and elastin promoter, both important for firm skin.
·
Copper works as an
antioxidant by stimulating superoxide dismutase activity.
·
Copper is important in the
production of glycosaminoglycans (the cement that bonds tissue
components together).
·
Copper-dependent enzymes
increase the benefits of natural tissue building processes.
Neova® Therapy Dual Action Lotion:
·
Nourishes skin with
clinically proven GHK Copper Peptide Complex® technology.
·
Retinol (pure Vitamin A)
is gradually released to the skin, minimizing potential for irritation.
·
Immediately helps to
improve skin tone and texture.
·
Clinical studies using GHK Copper Peptide
show a reduction in fine lines and
wrinkles.
·
Aloe Vera Gel and Vitamin
E soothe and protect.
·
Leaves skin looking
smooth and radiant.
