PROCYTE TO REPORT THIRD QUARTER 2004 FINANCIAL
RESULTS ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2004

— October 22, 2004 — ProCyte Corporation (OTCBB: PRCY.OB)
is scheduled to report financial results for the third quarter 2004 on
Tuesday, November 2 before the market opens.
ProCyte will hold
a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November
