PROCYTE PRODUCTS - FROM HOLLYWOOD TO THE HAMPTONS

Redmond, Wash.—July 26, 2004—ProCyte Corporation (OTCBB: PRCY.OB), a company that markets skin care and procedure related products in the dermatology, cosmetic surgery and spa markets based on its patented Copper Peptide technologies, today announced that its Neova® Therapy skin care products are making the rounds in Hollywood.

At the July 3rd wedding of Tori Spelling, personalized Neova® product gift baskets were presented to the bridal wedding party. Groomsmen received products including Neova® After Shave Therapy with GHK Copper Peptide Complex® technology.  The wedding and products are tentatively scheduled to appear in the InStyle Wedding Issue in early 2005.

Dr. Barbara Schell, noted Seattle cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist, commented “The GHK Copper Peptide technology has been shown to help decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while evening out skin tone. This makes it ideal for daily use and minimizes any concerns that skin irritation will interfere with a special occasion.”

Not to be left out, the contestants of the highly popular The Bachelor series each received ProCyte anti-aging product kits. Eight lucky viewers will win their own Neova® product kits. More information can be found on The Bachelor website beginning with the new season in September.

Hamptons Magazine July issue features ProCyte’s Ti-Tan™ Self-Tanner to help keep a golden glow without sun exposure. The product is a popular companion product to ProCyte’s Ti-Silc® sunblock – a leading high performance sun protection product recommended by dermatologists. Soap Opera Digest August 2nd issue highlights Tamara Braun (Carly from daytime series General Hospital), who raves about Ti-Silc® sunblock.

ProCyte products are sold by leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons and through the Internet via physician-related websites such as www.dermadoctor.com, www.agelessinseattle.com, and www.skincarerx.com as well as others.

ProCyte Corporation develops and markets products based on its patented, clinically proven Copper Peptide technology for skin health, hair care and wound care.
